So much so, it’s become the focus of their marketing efforts. HMA operates over 60 hospitals and 100 clinics throughout the US, and these campaigns just might be the cure.

 

  • ER Extra Launch – The guarantee states you’ll be seen in 29 minutes or less, or the visit is free. Talk about a health care reform!  VZ created the identity, TV, radio and print campaigns to create awareness around the guarantee, as well as the mobile app to give you the real-time wait-time in the nearest ER. You know where you’re going and how long you’ll have to wait, less than 29 minutes, of course. The “Reasons” TV campaign is designed to be easily revised and customized for multiple markets, demographics or hospital needs.

 

  • Emergency Room Transformation – So, you rolled your ankle diving for that foul ball in softball and now you can’t walk? Once you arrive, you’ll be greeted with a different ‘customer’ experience than you expected. That’s right, ‘customer’. VZ engineered the hospital experience to be more like a retail store – bringing POP and merchandising strategies into the hospital. Clearer directional signage, softer colors and more comfortable furniture was installed for patient comfort; along with an “internet bar” to help pass the time and interactively market relevant hospital content. By the time you leave, you’ll stop at the “Going Home” kiosk and appreciate the expertise each facility has in the world of medicine.
